Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Faclities Manger to join our team. The primary responsibilities  include; partnering with Corporate and Division Leaders to coordinate and lead the Facilities strategic plan implementation, provide project management and oversight for office buildouts, and supporting ongoing facilities operations for the Vice President of Procurement in the Corporate office. The Regional Facilities Coordinator will work with the VP of Procurement, Division Leaders and local team members to develop office build outs plans that maximize efficiency, space utilization, and budget. The goal is to help Westwood create and provide a great work environment for our people. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Works with VP of Procurement, Division Leaders, Corporate Service Leaders,and Local Team members to create floor planning program documents.
• Provides Insurance information on leases, buildouts and vendor COI’s as needed.
• Works with Property Managers to resolve issues or needs on behalf of local office.
• Partners with Brokers, General Contractors and Vendors to successfully project manage office buildouts and relocations to stay on task and within budget.
• Stay current on Real estate and office lay out-specific trends, technology, software, hardware, and equipment. Drive value based on innovation.
• Ensures company culture, policies, and procedures are consistently reflected within the office design.
• Work with internal Corporate Service Teams to ensure Westwood Standards are achieved and in compliance with all facility projects and leases.
• Participate in Facilities Vendor management and reviews.
• Continuously monitors Space planning and workplace design.
• Move scenario planning and execution for office moves.
• Collaborate with VP of Procurement on special projects as needed.
• Willingness to travel and may involve weekend travel periodically.

Required Skills

• Well Organized
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, Teams and other video conferencing platforms
• Knowledge of Construction Drawings
• Ability to read and comprehend real estate leases
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience in operations and business practices
• Ability to create schedules and track budgetsEffective written and verbal communication is necessary and independent judgement is essential
• Handle multiple priorities well
