As a Marketing Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our marketing team, supporting a range of activities that drive our firm's growth. You'll have the chance to:
- Coordinate pursuit-related activities, ensuring our marketing materials are top-notch.
- Manage and maintain our Marketing hub within the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop marketing numbers and gather essential data.
- Engage in creative design tasks, crafting compelling brochures, flyers, and resumes.
- Lead annual updates to key marketing assets, keeping our information fresh and relevant.
- Support the marketing team with supply management and vendor registrations.

- Familiarity with database systems, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A self-starter with a desire to learn and excel under pressure.

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
