Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Las Vegas, NV office. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients. This position will provide administrative and front desk reception support for all staff at the Minnetonka office location.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer and triage incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner while managing the company lobby area.
• Schedule messenger pickups and deliveries, and verify monthly messenger billing.
• Receive, distribute, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Assist project managers with various administrative tasks relating to proposals, contracts, and data entry.
• Assist with event coordination for the office.
• Handle confidential and non-routine information.
• Greet clients, guests, customers, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Conference room scheduling.
• Additional duties assigned as directed by Office Manager.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be reliable, have exceptional customer service and strong organization skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Professional and business attire is required at all times.
• Strong and effective business written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and starter with the ability to multi-task and perform detail-oriented tasks.
• Ability to demonstrate strong independent decision making skills as situations arise.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet.
• Must be friendly and enjoy helping others.
