Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Processor to join our team in our Las Vegas, NV office. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients. This position will be a part of a project coordination team which supports our land development teams. The project coordination team is responsible for preparing, scheduling, tracking, submitting, and recording various applicants, documents, plans, and maps. This position does not require prior experience, although preferred. This position is fast paced and requires strong organizational skills and work ethic. This position does have the opportunity to progress into additional roles based on the individual's ability to advance their knowledge of the position.
• Administrative duties to include scanning, office filing, flat filing, copies (plans, maps, TDS, etc.)
• Assist with pick-up and deliveries from agencies and clients
• Assist project coordinators with preparing application packages to reviewing agencies
• Assist with distribution of redlines, approved mylars, staff reports, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks and workload without close supervision
• Ability to process work accurately and efficiently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks as well as meeting deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to manage time
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Team Player
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
