Westwood Professional Services is looking for a Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist. The Senior HR Operations Coordinator / Junior HRIS Analyst will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our new HRIS and payroll system (Paylocity). This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in HR operations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, enhance onboarding processes, and provide comprehensive support for employee information systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

Employee Data Management:
• Oversee the management of data entry employee files, including signed offer letters and related documentation.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Recruitment teams to ensure accurate data entry to align with Payroll and Recruitment timelines

HRIS Implementation Support:

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of the Paylocity HRIS, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Audit new hire data to maintain data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS.
• Enhance new hire and employee data processes to streamline operations and improve user experience.

Onboarding and Employee Processes:

• Communicate and report on new hire survey feedback to drive continuous improvement in onboarding experiences.
• Manage processes for temp-to-hire conversions, intern transitions to employees, and contractor engagements.
• Support the employee background check and drug screening processes in collaboration with the Safety Lead.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with HR and IT to coordinate the electronic employee file system and ensure data integrity.
• Provide support for various HR projects as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Human Resources function.

Required Experience (Text Only)

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build relationships and demonstrate effective people skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a team-oriented approach.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and direct own work effectively.
 

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in HRIS implementation, talent acquisition, and benefits administration
